Responsibilities and Duties
Customer relationship Manager for an Online Furniture Ecommerce Company. Excellent communication skills required.
Interface with the customers during the pre and post sales and represent the company.Communicate with them as regards to their requirement for furniture and home related products.
Address queries on routine basis and manage escalations.Co-ordinate with relevant departments like Accounts/ Production/ Design for collecting information and communicating to the customers
Maintain and provide regular MIS to the management
Spread the loyalty program among existing customers
Business development in the form of acquiring new retail as well as the institutional customers like architects, interior designers, hospitality industry etc.
Position based out of Sitapura, Jaipur
