Job description
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Representative/freight for one of our clients in the Logistics Industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth through effective communication and relationship-building with clients.
Job Type: Full Time/ Permanent
Location: Remote
Working Hours: 8:30 am to 4:30 pm
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and pursue new 3PL business opportunities.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans.
• Conduct market research and stay informed on industry trends.
• Build and maintain a strong lead pipeline.
• Cultivate and manage long-term client relationships.
• Tailor logistics solutions to meet client needs.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and address issues promptly.
• Deliver compelling presentations and proposals.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals.
• Collaborate with operations for successful service delivery.
• Track sales performance and market trends.
• Provide regular updates and reports to management.
• Use data to refine strategies and improve results.
Job Requirements:
• Proven experience in sales experience at a Logistics Company.
• Strong understanding of 3PL services, logistics operations, and supply chain management.
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
