Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Sales Intern to support our team in driving matrimonial subscription sales and building client relationships. In this role, you will assist in identifying and engaging potential customers, understanding their needs, and promoting our matrimonial subscription services. You will also visit channel partners in Delhi NCR, Punjab, Haryana, and Rajasthan to help build and strengthen relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in prospecting and generating leads through various channels including cold calling, email campaigns, and networking.
Support in conducting product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.
Help develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Visit channel partners regularly across Delhi NCR, Punjab, Haryana, and Rajasthan to provide service updates and support.
Understand customer needs and assist in recommending appropriate subscription plans and services.
Contribute to negotiating terms and closing sales under the guidance of senior team members.
Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the subscription lifecycle.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status using CRM tools.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and emerging market opportunities.
Qualifications:
Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of sales and negotiation principles.
Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Highly motivated and eager to learn in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Willingness to travel frequently within Delhi NCR, Punjab, Haryana, and Rajasthan.
Growth Perspective:
This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sales within a rapidly growing company. After completing three months of internship, selected candidates based on their performance will be offered on-roll positions with a high CTC and a superb incentive structure.
