Key Responsibilities
Identify and onboard new retail outlets, pet shops, vet clinics, and grooming partners.
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and distributors.
Conduct regular market visits to monitor stock levels, merchandising, and competitor activity.
Educate partners and store staff about Roth Pets’ product range and key benefits.
Gather customer feedback and insights to support marketing and product teams.
Manage order processing, payments, and follow-ups to ensure smooth transactions.
Represent the brand at pet expos, trade shows, and promotional events when required.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
2–4 years of experience in FMCG, pet care, or D2C sales preferred.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing customer accounts.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently.
Passion for animals and the pet industry is a strong plus!
Willingness to travel within assigned territories.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
