Kitchen Cabinet Sales Representative
Eaglewood Cabinets – Winnipeg, MB
Eaglewood Cabinets is a growing cabinet company in Winnipeg specializing in high-quality kitchen cabinetry for homeowners, contractors, and renovation projects. We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our team.
Our cabinets feature:
Oak doors with painted finish
Plywood cabinet boxes
Soft-close hinges and drawer slides
Ready-to-build (RTB) cabinets
5-year warranty
Winnipeg city-wide delivery

Responsibilities
Greet and assist showroom customers
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable cabinet solutions
Prepare quotes and follow up with leads
Build relationships with homeowners, contractors, builders, and designers
Explain cabinet features, materials, and design options clearly
Maintain organized customer records and sales follow-ups
Support showroom merchandising and display organization
Work with the team to achieve sales goals
Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process
Qualifications
Previous sales or customer service experience preferred
Experience in kitchen cabinets, renovation, construction, or interior design is an asset
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated and goal-oriented
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer skills required
Bilingual (English/Chinese) is an asset
Experience using design software such as 2020 Design is a bonus
