Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage the real estate sales to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and channel partners.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities.
• Monitor team performance, provide training, and ensure team motivation and productivity.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and generate leads.
• Handle site visits, client meetings, and deal closures effectively.
• Prepare regular sales reports and present them to senior management.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Minimum 1 years of experience in real estate sales.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Deep understanding of the Gurugram real estate market.
• Goal-oriented with the ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in CRM tools and MS Office.
