Position Overview
The Sales & Styling Associate will be responsible for assisting clients with custom clothing selections, taking measurements, managing orders, and providing high-quality styling guidance. The ideal candidate is confident, well-spoken, and passionate about fashion and customer service.

Key Responsibilities
Customer Service & Sales
Greet customers and provide personalized styling guidance
Understand client needs and recommend suitable designs, fabrics & fits
Manage walk-in clients and appointment traffic
Follow up with clients for fittings, pick-ups, and new leads
Achieve monthly sales goals
Custom Clothing Support
Take accurate body measurements (training provided if needed)
Assist in fittings and alteration notes
Coordinate custom orders with production/tailors
Maintain detailed records of each client’s order
Store Operations
Maintain store cleanliness and product displays
Manage WhatsApp/Instagram inquiries
Handle basic billing and POS system
Assist in photo/video content during new arrivals or promotions

Skills & Qualifications
Previous experience in sales, retail, or fashion (preferred but not required)
Strong communication & customer service skills
Good sense of styling and colour matching
Confident personality with a positive attitude
Ability to handle multiple clients and tasks at once
Basic computer & phone communication skills
