The Role:
Your primary responsibility will be to represent Arctic Spas, serving as a personable face of our Edmonton West store. Your day-to-day tasks include:
Answer phones and promptly respond to voicemails and emails
Entering orders in the appropriate computer systems
Coordinating financing when required
Ordering spas and parts when required
Confirming order details with customers
Organizing trade show plans
Any other duties assigned by management

Comfortable using Microsoft Office and other databases
Accurate data entry
