Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Support Coordinator at Sprig Electronics located in Bengaluru. The Sales Support Coordinator will be responsible for providing administrative assistance to the sales team, ensuring customer satisfaction, and delivering excellent customer service. The Sales Support Coordinator will also be responsible for communication and maintaining records of sales activities.
Qualifications
• Proficiency in English
• Coordinating the sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information
• Monitor the team’s progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvement
• Good computer skills (MS Office) with strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Access
• Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
• Work with other departments within the company to bring in additional help on creating sales presentations when needed Bachelor's degree, Communications, or related field
• Experience in the Consumer Electronics/Consumer Appliances/B2C industry is a plus

Job location will be JP Nagar Phase 6 - Bangalore(Nearest Metro Jayaprakash Nagar Metro Station)
Work from Home option is not available and not encouraged.
Salary
CTC - 3 Lakhs to 3.6 Lakhs Per annum basis relevant experience. Joining is immediate.
