Job Title: Customer Sales Support
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Customer Sales Support. The primary responsibility of this role is to provide excellent customer service and support to our clients by handling communication through our Telegram group.
Responsibilities:
• Monitor and manage our Telegram group, ensuring all customer inquiries are addressed promptly and efficiently
• Provide prompt and accurate responses to customer inquiries, and resolve any issues in a timely and effective manner
• Assist customers in placing orders, and ensure a smooth and seamless sales process
• Collaborate with our sales team to provide customers with product information and sales support
• Maintain accurate customer records and keep the sales team informed of any changes or updates
Requirements:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail
• Prior experience in customer service or sales support is preferred, but not required
• Familiarity with Telegram or other messaging platforms is a plus
• A positive and can-do attitude, with a willingness to go the extra mile to exceed customer expectations
