JOB DESCRIPTIONS

 Identify potential customers and register opportunities.

 Follow up on customer communication in timely and professional manner.

 Ensuring incoming enquiries managed in timely manner.

 Answer all customer email inquiries promptly to resolve any complaint or issue while

maintaining customer satisfaction.

 Follow up on quotations.

 Maintain records of customer details.

 Develop data base of prospective clients.

 Direct contact with prospective clients through personal visits and phone calls.

 Support Sales – Manager/ Staff by completing and processing sales leads and keeping senior

staff informed of any issues.

 Support customer service and work closely with operation and documentation on the

execution of customer service.

 Shipment coordination for specific accounts.

 Contact customers following sales to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction and resolve any

complaints.

 Analyze monthly sales data and transpose to reports.

 Follow up with clients for outstanding.

Mandatory Requirements:

 Minimum 6 months/1 year experience in Freight Forwarding/ Logistics/ Custom Clearance.

 Fluent English.

 In depth knowledge of MS Office.

 Basic technical skills including proficiency in using email and online communication tools.

 Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently , while maintain attention to

details.
