Job Description:
Responsibilities:
1. Client Calling:
- Conduct outbound calls to existing and potential clients.
- Present our products and services effectively.
- Address client inquiries and concerns with professionalism.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
2. Reporting:
- Generate regular reports summarizing call activities and client interactions.
- Analyze call data and provide insights for improving client communication.
- Maintain accurate records of client information and interactions.
3. Client Feedback:
- Gather feedback from clients to identify areas for improvement.
- Relay client feedback to the appropriate teams within the company.
Requirements:
1. Location: The candidate must be based in Jaipur.
2. Confidence and Communication:
- Confidence in making client calls.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
3. Calling Experience:
- Proven experience in client calling and sales.
- Ability to handle client objections and inquiries effectively.
4. Reporting Skills:
- Proficiency in generating and analyzing reports.
- Strong attention to detail.
