Key Responsibilities
• Systems Analysis and Design: Evaluate existing sales systems and processes to identify areas for improvement. Design and propose new solutions that enhance system functionality and efficiency.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with sales teams, IT departments, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business needs. Translate these requirements into technical specifications and actionable insights.
• Implementation and Integration: Oversee the implementation of new sales systems and enhancements to existing systems. Ensure smooth integration with other business applications and platforms.
• Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze sales data to provide insights and recommendations for improving sales strategies and performance. Develop and maintain reports and dashboards for tracking key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users on new systems and processes. Address any issues or concerns related to system functionality and performance.
• Project Management: Manage projects related to sales systems, including planning, execution, and monitoring. Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay current with industry trends and best practices in sales systems and technology. Recommend and implement continuous improvement initiatives to keep our systems and processes up-to-date.
• Required Skills and Qualifications
• Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. A Masters degree or relevant certification is a plus.
• Experience: Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst in a sales or CRM environment. Experience with sales systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms is preferred.
• Technical Skills: Strong understanding of sales systems, databases, and integration technologies. Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques. Familiarity with SQL and data visualization tools is an advantage.
• Analytical Skills: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
• Project Management: Experience managing projects and working with cross-functional teams. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a Business Analyst role, with a focus on sales systems or CRM platforms.
• Demonstrated experience in system implementation and integration projects.
• Previous experience in a remote work environment is advantageous.
• Working Hours
• This is a full-time remote position with flexible working hours. Core working hours are expected to align with UK business hours.
