About the Position
Crisom Curve is seeking a motivated and performance-oriented Sales Tele caller or Sales Executive to join our Digital Marketing Sales team.
This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about sales and have a working understanding of digital marketing services.
The selected candidate will be responsible for lead generation, client acquisition, service pitching, Finalizing and client relationship management.
The position demands a balance of strong sales capabilities and fundamental digital marketing knowledge, along with the ability to operate in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and approach potential clients through various leadgeneration methods.
Present and pitch digital marketing services effectively to prospects.
Conduct cold calls, followups, market research, and client meetings.
Convert qualified leads into paying clients and meet assigned sales targets.
Develop and maintain longterm relationships with clients.
Understand client business needs and recommend suitable digital marketing solutions.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, leads, and followups in CRM tools or Google Sheets.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and leadgeneration benchmarks.
Prepare regular call reports and sales performance updates.
Stay informed about current digital marketing trends, tools, and strategies.
Share market feedback and insights with the management team.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong verbal communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
1 Year to 2 years of experience in digital marketing sales.
Working knowledge of digital marketing services such as SEO, PPC, Social Media Marketing, Website Design & Development, Meta Ads and other Digital Marketing Services
Proven ability for Cold Calling to pitch, convert, finalised and close sales deals.
Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to understand client requirements and provide appropriate service solutions.
Excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi.
Clienthandling skills with a professional and positive attitude.
Selfdriven, targetoriented, and adaptable to changing market dynamics.
Candidates must be currently based in Jaipur.
What We Offer
Fixed monthly salary of ₹6,000 – ₹10,000 during the probation period, plus performancebased incentives.
Salary revision after probation based on performance outcomes.
