Reports to: - Business development manager/officer

manufacturing units in India. The company has presence in 5 countries – India, Russia, Poland, Nepal and
Bangladesh. They have an employee strength of over 3,600 and a countrywide distribution network of 25,000+
dealers.
Position Overview: - Individuals in this role will be working with business stakeholders like painters, contractors,
architect, shop boys, dealers, employees etc. Key task of this role is to train different business stakeholders about
paints, application process, mechanized tools, waterproofing etc. The job requires travel for upto 15-days in a
month.
Functional Responsibilities: -
∙Planning and conducting training as per monthly plan
∙The trainer will travel to different locations to train participants
∙Attending complaints at customer site
∙Prepare product panels; Mobilise trainees; Handle new assignments as needed.
Requirements Education Qualification: - Post graduate /Graduate from any background
Computer Knowledge: - Good knowledge on computer, word, excel, internet and email.
Travelling: - Need to travel as and when required.
Required Experience/ Skills: -
∙2 years working experience
∙Communication skills: - Must be a good communicator and have ability to handle team, training/meeting
∙Language (Read +Write +Speak): - Local language must and Hindi and English
