Job Description
We’re Nonie’s Floristry - a Sydney-based wedding floral studio known for bespoke designs, warm service, and florals that make people gasp. We’re looking for a Sales/Wedding Flowers Consultant who’s confident on the phone, organised with quotes and has a love for weddings (bonus points if you have any sales experience).
Your Role
You’ll be the first point of contact for our wedding clients - guiding them from their first consult to receiving a custom quote and signing a contract.
Here’s what you’ll do:
Send a pre-call text & collect inspiration from the couple
Host a friendly 30-min phone consultation (script & structure provided!)
Draft a personalised wedding flowers quote
Follow up via call/text, revise quotes and keep communication flowing
Maintain our warm, professional brand voice at all times
You’ll Thrive in This Role If You:
Have experience in sales, events, weddings, or floristry (not essential, but ideal)
Love making people feel heard and understood
Are proactive with follow-ups and keeping a CRM organised
Are tech-comfy (Pixieset, Outlook, and Google Docs)
Can manage your time across client calls and admin
Genuinely enjoy wedding planning chats!
