### Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions for B2B and B2C clients.
- Lead the architecture and design of Salesforce platforms, ensuring best practices and standards.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams.
- Oversee the integration of Salesforce with other systems and platforms.
- Ensure the security and integrity of Salesforce data.
- Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and technologies.
### Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in Salesforce architecture and implementation.
- Extensive experience with Salesforce B2B (Sales Cloud, CPQ) and B2C (Commerce Cloud, Marketing Cloud) platforms.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security, and integration capabilities.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale Salesforce projects.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Salesforce Architect certifications are highly desirable.
### Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Salesforce Lightning components, Apex, Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs.
- Knowledge of modern web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc.).
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
