Job Description: This team provide support to the SCSS team with the Skytree initiative, which is the reimplementation of Salesforce CRM to shift from a B2C model to a B2B model and to more efficiently leverage native Salesforce capabilities and automation. The planned goals include Phase 1 Ensure Sales Ops successfully migrates from legacy pro to the new org, achieving 100% completion and meeting all Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Phase 2 SBSO (June 2026 - March 2026) Facilitate the migration of SBS users and businesses into the new org Ongoing analysis and maintenance of the Gong application Skillset: "Gong knowledge Salesforce knowledge Data querying [ie Experience with dashboards [ie Tablue, etc] Data analysis Data research and recommendation experience Detail oriented Technical tool experience in large matrix organizations Good communication skills Experience working with product managers, program managers, and stakeholders Advance skills in Excel, Spreadsheets, Vloopups, Pivots and data analysis on spreadsheets Good understanding of Sentiment Analysis, Natural Language Processing and Prompt Engineering. SQL Skills: Should be able to write queries to retrieve data from multiple tables performing joins. Experience on Gong would be a great addition. if possible, Frontline Manager Certification. Strong knowledge and experience with Agile Methodology, User Stories, and JIRA."
