Role Overview
As a Salesforce developer, you will work closely with the business and technology teams and will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of technology solutions built on the Salesforce platform.
You will be responsible for the end-to-end life cycle from requirement analysis to production deployment.
Roles and Responsibilities
Work with business stakeholders, PM, Architect, and development team to understand the business requirements, design the solution and implement it.
Work with QA and business team to complete the QA and business acceptance.
Work on the production deployment.
Work with the team on BAU activities as well as any open issues.
Key Skills and Qualifications
Demonstrated ability as a Salesforce developer.
3 - 5 Years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Configuration, Customization and Development.
Hands-on experience on Salesforce Sales Cloud.
Must have Hands-on customization experience on Apex, Visualforce, Triggers, Batch, Schedule Apex.
Must have SFDC knowledge including but not limited to Flows, Validations, Approval, Security Model, Data Model, reports, dashboards etc.
Experience using data migration solutions like Data Loader, Jitterbit, Workbench, Import Wizard
Experience in implementing Enterprise Salesforce with integration (Soap/REST Web services)
Should have a good understanding of Salesforce Capabilities and constraints
Proven skills in integrating JavaScript, jQuery, Javascript and AJAX based functionalities
Salesforce certifications (PD1, PD2 etc) will be an added advantage
Able to work independently as well as guide other developers.
Good communication skills. Client/Business Stakeholders facing experience will be an added advantage
Preferred Qualifications/Skills
Experience with other technologies like Java, PHP, and Python.
Experience on Service, Marketing and cloud will be a plus.
