What you will learn and contribute to
Salesforce Sr
Developer – Service Cloud, the overall objective for this position is to have a strong Salesforce Technical Architect primarily in the Service Cloud area to
• Engineer and Develop solutions in all streams within Service Cloud.
• Engineer the applications developed adhere to best practices of customizations within salesforce.
• As a member of the project team, participate in requirement gatherings and discuss feasibility of the solution at a technical level.
• Guide a team of developers to design the solution
• Be responsible and accountable for delivery of the technical solution
• Will be required to be hands-on developer as and when situation demands.
As part of our team, you will:
• Design and Engineer solutions in all streams within the Service Cloud.
• Ensure the solutions designed adhere to best practices and standards as laid out by Salesforce.
• Work closely with developers to deliver the solutions
• Address any blockers within the development team.
• Guide and Mentor junior developers/configurators as and when required.
• Reporting progress of technical design to Project Manager/Scrum Master
• Be the Single Point of Contact for any Technical Delivery questions
• Explain to business users the technical aspects and the whys of an architecture at a high level
• Lead the deployment efforts for release within DevOps best practices.
• Be a hands-on developer/configurator on salesforce platform.
• Author and Deliver Technical Design Documents
Your skills and experience
You have:
• 5 – 7 Years of experience on Salesforce Platform.
• At least 3 years working as a Salesforce Developer on Salesforce Platform.
• At least 3 Years as a Salesforce Developer (Apex, SOQL, VF Pages, Lightning Components, Aura Components)
• Worked on designing and developing solutions on Salesforce Service Cloud.
• Have worked leading/guiding a team of developers and configurators.
• Interacted with business users at a technical level
• Have had Aura/Lightning Experience
• Has a complete understanding of Salesforce Coding Best Practices and Standards.
• Must have experience of Integration with other platforms/systems using SOAP and REST based architecture.
• Familiar with Data Management and Relation DB Principles.
• Experience working in a fast paced, large organization where multiple projects are implemented on the same platform.
