Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Salesperson role at Modi Realtors in Jaipur. The Salesperson will be responsible for generating leads, conducting property viewings, negotiating deals, and closing sales for luxury residential projects in Jaipur. The Salesperson will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, and providing excellent customer service.
Qualifications
• Sales and negotiation skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet sales targets
• Knowledge of the real estate market and trends
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Fluency in local languages and English is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Experience in sales or real estate is preferred
