Salesperson

Mysa works extensively on circularity with its focus on triple bottom line (Social, economical and environmental) by using contemporary crafts, designs, and processes to efficiently develop the upcycled and sustainable range of apparel and gifting range for customers around the world. Our company is seeking a Sales Coordinator to support our sales manager in managing ongoing buyers, coordinating with the production team for delivery, managing exhibitions, executing orders on time, coordinating with leads and enquiries, managing store and consignment collaborations, and managing invoicing and using Zoho for sales management. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, a basic understanding of design and costing, and the ability to communicate fluently in Hindi and English.

Responsibilities

 Manage ongoing buyers and maintain a positive relationship with them  Coordinate with the production team to ensure timely delivery of products  Maintain a basic understanding of design and costing to provide accurate information to buyers  Manage exhibitions and ensure that all materials are delivered on time and meet quality standards  Manage invoicing and use Zoho for sales management  Execute orders and ensure that shipments are delivered on time  Coordinate with leads and enquiries to generate new business  Maintain a basic understanding of Canva to assist with sales and marketing materials  Communicate effectively with customers and team members in Hindi and English  Manage store and consignment collaborations

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field  0-2 years of experience in a sales coordination or related role  Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Excel, Canva, Zoho, and Microsoft Office  Basic understanding of design and costing  Strong communication skills in Hindi and English  Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously  Detail-oriented and highly organized  Customer-focused with excellent interpersonal skills
