Home Helpers Home Care - In Home Caregiver (paid training!)

We have an immediate opening for Care Providers at Home Helpers Home Care!

Whether you prefer to work 10 or 40 hours per week (and anything in between) we have shifts available 7 days a week between 7am and 10pm. We do sometimes have overnight or live-in open as well. Substitute Care Provider (PRN) positions also available with a minimum work requirement of 4 hours per pay cycle.

Responsibilities:
• Helping clients live an enriched life
• Assisting clients with daily tasks including meal preparation, light housekeeping, transferring, hygiene (showers, toileting), errands, companionship, etc.
• Being a kind, engaging, and attentive companion
• Being attentive to clients' needs and alerting necessary parties if there is a safety or health risk
What you need to be successful:
• A strong work ethic
• Willingness to learn and listen to feedback
• Compassion for and interest in people from all walks of life
• Dependability!!
• Experience as a caregiver is helpful but is not required—we can train you
• Physical ability to complete the job (rolling someone over in bed, assisting with balance as standing, etc.)
Requirements:
• At least 18 years old
• Have a driver's license and reliable vehicle
• Pass a strict 40 year background check and drug test (APS and CPS records checked too)
• Able to work independently
• Reliable attendance record
