- Rotationalshifts[Night shifts] & rostered weekly offs[6 Days working]
Qualification
- HSC / Graduation With excellent communication skills [Written and Spoken]
- Typing Speed - 30 WPM Accuracy +5%+
Mandate requirements
- Must have own laptop with genuine Windows 10, iCore 3 /iCore 5 with 4 GB
Ram orabove configuration.
- Must have a dedicated workspace at home to ensure no background noise for
customer interactions [Calls/Chats etc]
- Must have Internet speed of minimum 50 Mbps
- Good Quality Headsets.
- Power backup in case there are frequent power failures
Should be okay with Rotational shift ,
