WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We are looking for a Sample Master who brings precision, speed, and clarity to the sampling process. Your expertise will help turn creative ideas and tech packs into high-quality garment samples that guide production and elevate the product development process at सादा / SAADAA.
WHAT WILL YOU BE RESPONSIBLE FOR?
Lead the development of first samples, proto samples, fit samples, and sales samples.
Interpret and execute Tech Packs, patterns, measurement specs, and construction details accurately.
Ensure samples are constructed with precision, keeping fit, silhouette, and finish quality in mind.
Provide clear feedback to designers and patternmakers for necessary adjustments or improvements.
Guide and oversee the in-house tailors or sample team to ensure timely and accurate sample execution.
Identify potential issues in fabric behavior, construction techniques, or trims early in the process.
Maintain accurate records of sample timelines, versions, and changes.
Work closely with design, CAD, and production teams to ensure smooth handover from sampling to production.
Ensure samples align with brand standards for quality, minimalism, and comfort.
Support fit sessions and contribute insights from a construction perspective.
WHO YOU ARE
Diploma or Certificate in Fashion Design, Apparel Manufacturing, or related field
4–6 years of hands-on experience in sample development and garment construction
Strong knowledge of fabric types, trims, sewing techniques, and finishing processes
Ability to read and interpret patterns, tech packs, and measurements
Skilled at managing tailors and coordinating across cross-functional teams
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and communication skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, iterative development cycle
Familiarity with casualwear, basics, or minimal everyday wear is a plus
