Job Description
Oversee the Sampling unit and ensure productivity, line efficiency, quality and delivery of samples within the specified timeline
1. Optimization of labour Productivity and line efficiency; maintain optimal costs for samples
2. Work closely with the customer/ design team to develop a product that is production-friendly without
compromising on the aesthetics
3. Ensure quality of products (aesthetics, size, fit, adherence to buyer/Design team's specifications) with minimal
or no reworks while adhering to the timelines
4. Managing the successful shipment of the samples as per specification and agreed on timelines
5. Set up quality standards for premium tailoring and ensure adequate training is provided to the staff in the
sampling unit
