YOUR NEXT CHALLENGE:
Participate in the internal recruitment process;
Provides a support to all employees for any work relations related situation.
Ensure all HR actions are in compliance with Agnico policies, procedures, laws and regulation in force;
Ensure the community liaison by organizing and participating to the liaison activities (Nunavut Day, Family day and Christmas).

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
2- 5 years of experience in administrative related work;
Experience in Human Resources is an asset;
Mining experience is an asset;
Strong ability to effectively communicate in Inuktitut and English (Oral and written);
Excellent working knowledge of all Microsoft Office Suite applications especially Outlook, Excel, Word & PowerPoint.
