Join Santa’s Squad This Christmas!
No experience needed — just bring the vibe.
Looking for a short-term job that’s actually fun? Scene to Believe are the magic makers behind the scenes at almost every Santa photo set you see in shopping centres across Australia and New Zealand.
We’re hiring Christmas Experience Team Members (aka Elves!) across Australia and New Zealand including the Newcastle area.
As one of Santa’s Elves, you’ll:
Welcome families and keep the Christmas cheer flowing
Help capture magical photo moments with Santa
Keep things smooth, fun, and stress-free for kids and grown-ups
Package up photo prints and keepsakes with care
Bring good energy, great people skills, and festive spirit
Be available from early Nov to Christmas Eve
Have (or be able to get) a Working with Children Check/Blue Card
