Core ABAPer’s with RICEF AND/OR Workflow OR Webdynapro OR OData expertise.
Problem resolving experience with RICEF should be strong.
• In-depth SAP Technical knowledge to help support project experience
• Knowledge of consulting practices
• Hands on experience on end-to end SAP Business Process
• Writing Business Process Document and Functional Specifications to Support the Application Development Team
• Ability to analyse processes, make recommended changes to support improvements, and translate into solutions.
• Implementation and support functions experience at least for one or two projects
• Involved in Roll outs/ New project implementations
• Solution designs for new changes and approving the documents and transports in the system
• Reviewing the changes made by consultants in the SAP system
• Ability to lead team & demonstrate leadership skills
• Identify training requirements
• Knowledge transfer during transition etc.
