Position: SAP BTP CPI + SF Consultant Experience: 4-6 Years Location: Bangalore, Hyderabad, Pune, Chennai, Mumbai, Gurgaon, Noida Opportunity Type: Fulltime • Note: This position is with one of our hiring partners Role Overview:We are looking for a skilled SAP BTP CPI + SF (SAP Business Technology Platform Cloud Platform Integration + SuccessFactors) Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) and SAP SuccessFactors (SF) modules. This role will involve implementing, configuring, and integrating SAP BTP CPI with SF modules to support business processes and requirements. Key Responsibilities: • Implement and configure SAP BTP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) for integrating SAP SuccessFactors (SF) with other SAP and non-SAP systems • Design and develop integration scenarios using SAP CPI for data synchronization, migration, and real-time data exchange between SF and other enterprise systems • Customize and extend SAP SF modules to meet business requirements, including Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance Management, and Learning Management • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze integration needs, and define technical specifications for SAP CPI and SF implementations • Develop and maintain integration artifacts such as iFlows, Groovy scripts, and message mappings in SAP CPI for seamless data flow and transformation • Perform unit testing, integration testing, and end-to-end testing of SAP CPI integrations with SF modules to ensure data accuracy, reliability, and performance • Provide technical guidance and support to project teams, including mentoring junior consultants and sharing best practices in SAP BTP CPI and SF integration • Stay updated with the latest SAP BTP CPI and SF technologies, tools, and best practices to continuously improve integration solutions and processes Required Skills and Experience: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field • 4-6 years of experience in SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) and SAP SuccessFactors (SF) implementation and integration • Strong knowledge of SAP BTP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) tools, including integration flow design, content migration, and error handling • Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, and Performance Management • Proficiency in SAP SF APIs, data models, and integration scenarios for various SF modules • Experience with SAP CPI adapters, connectors, and protocols such as SOAP, REST, OData, and IDoc • Good understanding of SAP SF data replication, transformation, and synchronization techniques • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders • SAP certification in Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) and SuccessFactors (SF) is desirable • Experience with other SAP modules such as SAP HCM (Human Capital Management) is a plus About Pesto Tech: Pesto is where software developers go to build their career path for the next 5 years.
