Roles & Responsibilities:
• SAP BO and application L2 Production Support and Operations Engineer
• Handle day to day production requirements
• L1 SAP BO reports monitoring
• Handling production data requests
• L1, L2 issues analysis and troubleshooting,
• Proactively Own the SAP BO setup and ensure environment and data availability to the business users,
• Assign prodution tasks, incidents and follow up for closure
• Proactively drive improvement tasks,
• Handling escalations due to data mismatch, report unavailability and environment unavailability
• User and business communication
• Status reporting
• SOP preparation
• Incident and problem management
