Job Description
Role: SAP CPI /PI/PO
Location: Pune Bangalore Chennai Mumbai
Exp: 7-+yrs
Mandatory Skills:
· Minimum 8+ years SAP experience (projects and/or application management)
· There in minimum 4-6 years SAP project experience in PI/PO/CPI
· Minimum 1 end to end implementation and 2-4 support project experience.
· Provide assistance and support to Eviden SAP support customers by responding to and resolving incidents raised or providing input and resolution of enhancement requests.
· Maintain the level of customer satisfaction, at regular intervals or after each significant delivery of product or service. Respond to customers’ queries and complaints. Ensure that corrective action is taken.
· Experience in Weekly systems housekeeping /health check reports/Daily health check report.
· Experience in working with ticketing tool like Service Now etc
· Work with Customer, assess operational quality, identify gaps, and manage closure of gaps in SAP CPI / PI/PO integration area, including.
o Experience in and support Integration projects.
o Integration Package
o Integration Flow
o Various supported mapping types in CPI
o Possible Trace Levels in IFlow
o Prepacked Integration Content
o CPI Development Tools
o Knowledge of Cloud Connector.
o Knowledge of API
o Knowledge of Open Connector.
o Knowledge of EIP Pattern (Enterprise Integration Pattern) like Request- Reply, Aggregator, Router etc
o Conceptual knowledge on ODATA
· Knowledge in the configuration of adapters such as JMS, JBDC, SFTP, SOAP, IDOC, Proxy, FTPS, o-data services and web services.
· Working understanding of security standards including SAML, WSTrust, OAUTH, OpenID Connect, PI to CPI Migration.
· Team player with taking responsibility for time, quality, and cost.
· Knowledge of SAP best practices
· Should have experience on production support to work as per SLAs and KPIs
· Hands-on experience in SAP PO 7.5 single stack.
· Experience in working on Integration Builder (Repository and Directory), Integration Engine, Runtime workbench, iFlows, NWDS.
· Knowledge with Graphical Mapping, JavaScript UDFs, XSLT and Java mapping
· Experience with SAP NWA to trace and log errors.
· Knowledge in a variety of EDI mapping protocols in SAP PI / PO especially standard EDI X12
· Experience in data element types and various file formats (CSV, XML, XSD, XSLT, WSDL etc.), data transmission methods (FTP, sFTP, AS2, OFTP, PGP etc.)
· Knowledge on SLD configuration
· Knowledge with web services
· Experience in Configuration and Monitoring Home.
· Knowledge in ALE Idoc Configuration
· Knowledge in SAP API Management
