Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced SAP project manager to lead and deliver complex SAP implementation, upgrade, and rollout projects.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, coupled with deep knowledge of SAP methodologies and best practices.
About the Role:
• Develop project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
• Lead and manage project teams, including SAP consultants, technical resources, and business users.
• Monitor project progress, track milestones, and ensure adherence to project plans.
• Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies proactively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage project budgets and ensure cost control.
• Facilitate regular project status meetings and provide clear and concise updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure the quality of project deliverables through rigorous testing and quality assurance processes.
• Mentor and guide team members, providing feedback and support for their professional development.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Mandatory 6+ years of experience in managing end-to-end SAP implementation, upgrade, or rollout projects.
• Proven experience in managing projects across multiple SAP modules (e.g., S/4HANA, ECC, FI/CO, SD, MM, PP, HR).
• Strong understanding of SAP methodologies (e.g., ASAP, Activate) and project management frameworks (e.g., PMI, Agile).
