We are seeking a highly experienced SAP FICO Trainer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs to our students, and candidates as well as providing consulting services on SAP Finance processes and best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and deliver SAP FICO training courses to clients, including classroom-based training,
· Develop syllabus and training materials for students
· Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement
· Keep up to date with the latest SAP FICO developments and trends, and incorporate them into training and consulting programs
· Collaborate with other trainers and subject matter experts to ensure consistency and quality of training delivery
· Provide post-training and consulting support and answer questions to reinforce learning
Qualifications:
· Minimum Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field /M.Com,/C.A
· Minimum of 4 years of experience working with SAP FICO modules.
· Strong knowledge of SAP Finance processes and best practices, including system configuration.
· Experience designing and delivering training programs in a corporate environment.
· Excellent presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
· Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· SAP certification is preferred but not required.
