About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior SAP FICO Consultant to join our global team for a leading German multinational corporation. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA conversion (Brownfield) projects and a strong understanding of SAP FICO modules.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and support SAP S/4HANA conversion or Brownfield implementation projects.
• Analyze and optimize current finance processes for the S/4HANA environment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business users, technical consultants, and project managers.
• Deliver end-to-end SAP FICO solutions aligning with business needs and compliance standards.
• Perform data migration, system testing, documentation, and user training.
• Provide post-go-live support and continuous improvements.
Required Qualifications:
• 8+ years of experience in SAP FICO with at least 1 full-cycle S/4HANA conversion or Brownfield project.
• Strong knowledge of GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Controlling (CO), and New GL.
• Proven experience in SAP HANA environments.
• Familiarity with data migration tools and methodologies in S/4HANA projects.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, IT, or related field.
Work Mode:
Hybrid – 2-3 days a week onsite in Pune or Bangalore
