Position: SAP HCM Consultant
Experience: 4-6 Years
Responsibilities:
• Configure and customize SAP HR and HCM modules, encompassing Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Time Management, and Payroll, drawing from extensive expertise.
• Analyze and optimize HR processes by leveraging SAP HR and HCM, ensuring efficient operations.
• Possess in-depth knowledge of data migration and seamless integration between SAP HR, HCM, and Third-Party Systems, guaranteeing accurate reporting.
• Manage and resolve complex HR system issues effectively through SAP HR and HCM.
• Collaborate with clients to understand requirements, address queries, and provide satisfactory solutions.
• Implement customization changes as needed and stay updated with the latest SAP "Support Pack" releases and notes.
• Coordinate with technical and cross-functional consultants to resolve issues and conduct risk assessments.
• Define Functional Specifications for new developments, maintain related documentation, and perform thorough testing.
• Conduct End User training for SAP HR when necessary.
• Customize ESS/MSS modules, including country-specific portals and Fiori Launchpad testing.
• Configure LSMW for Time Management and OM/PA Modules and complex Work Schedule Rule Requests.
• Contribute to SAP implementations, support, and rollout experiences in HCM PA/OM modules.
• Write complex Time & Payroll PCR's and address Indian Payroll & Time Management issues.
• Identify opportunities for process and system improvements, define security profiles, and assist in project management.
• Implement Payroll solutions, perform UAT and Regression testing, and offer expert advice on SAP HR/PY matters.
• Provide business consultancy within the HR business process sector and liaise with third-party SAP technicians and stakeholders.
• Investigate and resolve day-to-day problems efficiently
