Location: BKC, Mumbai
Job Summary:
The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge and experience in SAP HR, Time Management, ESS/MSS and Payroll modules, with the ability to design, develop, and implement solutions that meet business requirements. Must have worked extensively in SAP HR and India Payroll L2/L3 Support operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the design, development, and implementation of SAP HR, ESS/MSS, Time Management and Payroll modules.
• Manage system configuration, testing, and implementation of SAP HR and Pay SAP HR, ESS/MSS, Time Management and Payroll solutions.
• Help resolve complex SAP HR and Payroll issues / escalations
• Writing PCR Schema for Payroll and Time Management.
• Configure tax related requirements
• Provide support and training to end-users on SAP HR and Payroll systems.
• Collaborate with other departments to gather requirements and ensure successful delivery of solutions.
• Responsible for understanding Functional Specifications followed by writing corresponding Detail Design Specification
• Responsible for reviewing developers Technical Design Document (TDD) to ensure all requirements have been met.
• Responsible for reviewing the unit test plans and the quality assurance plans to ensure all requirements have been met.
• Responsible for supporting the developer and ensuring the developer remains on target.
• Perform configuration work as needed to support new and existing functionality.
• Perform integration and regression testing work as necessary to ensure that new functionality or enhancements do not adversely affect existing functionality.
• Follow all design work and integration testing protocols, change control procedures, uses standards, procedures, and practices in performing required work.
• Participate in system upgrade and maintenance activities.
• HRSP upgrade planning and Testing.
• Apply SAP Notes with help from Technical teams
• Communicate with SAP Service Marketplace on OEM support matters.
• Stay current on SAP HR and Payroll industry trends and best practices.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Management or Computer Science / Information Systems, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in SAP HR and Payroll implementation and support.
• SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP HCM with ERP 6.0 EHP7 or later
• Strong process understanding of SAP HR and Payroll modules, including Time Management, Personnel Administration, Payroll (India), ESS/MSS and Benefits. Must have worked on Wage type, Schema and PCR configuration.
• Should have worked on RICEFW development, testing and support extensively
• Some Knowledge of ABAP Debugging is a desirable
• Some experience in supporting SAP ABAP WebDynpro applications as BA / Functional Analyst is a desirable
• Experience with system integration, testing, and implementation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
