Role - SAP HR-ABAP Developer
Experience - 4- 8 years
Location - Hyderabad/ Bangalore/ Visakhapatnam/ Kolhapur
Primary Skills - ABAP - HR, WRICEF, Odata, FIORI, UI5, IDOCs, CDS Views
ABLE TO EXTEND WORK HOURS IF REQUIRED
Job Description :
HR-ABAP consultant with 4+ years experience working in developments for modules like Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Time Management, Payroll, ESS/MSS
Creation of custom Info types - Module pool programming.
Enhancement of standard Info types
Development of HR Forms - ADOBE Forms
Development of HR reports using LDB
Development of HR workflows
Development of dynamic actions for mail triggering
Should be good in time management business process (Usage of CAT2, CAT6, PT60 and PT66 transactions).
Must Have good knowledge on payroll cycles, pay results functionality.
Expected to prepare Technical Documentation of project ,
Reviewer of Technical object development objects prepared by peers,
Expert in Bug fixing ability to provide feasible solution to functional team during custom solution finalization
Knowledge on SAP UI5 and HANA platform will be added advantage
Responsible for Quality delivery of technical objects
Practical knowledge of common business processes.
Strong Debugging Skills.
Good understanding of the Business Requirements and ability to translate them to Solution Implementation and Deliverables.
Should have been involved in at least 3 implementation projects.
Confident communication with business-partners.
Fluent written and spoken English.
Excellent analytical skills.
Strong service thinking skills and service orientation.
Flexibility and good interpersonal skills.
Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills. .
