Job Description
Should have 6+yrs of experience in ABAP, HR-ABAP, ITS, Webdynpro & Enterprise Portal.
Hands-on experience on Core ABAP skills – RICEF, DDIC, Reports, Screen Programming, Scripts/Forms/Adobe Forms, BDC/LSMW, OO ABAP, User exits, Interface programs, BAPI, BADI,
Should have good programming experience in Interfaces (Outbound & Inbound) to integrate with 3rd party systems like workday
Should have programming experience in SAP HCM modules – PA, OM, Canada Payroll, Time management, Benefits, Pensions, ESS, MSS, ECM, LSO.
Knowledge on ALE/IDOCs and Workflows.
Experience in Implementation as well Support projects
Should have extensive experience on project life cycle’s phases like requirement specification, analysis, software designing and development, testing, implementation and maintenance.
Must possess good Interpersonal skills, analytical skills and technical documentation skills.
Strong interpersonal communication and problem resolution skills
Should have ability to analyse the existing Payroll & Time Schemas/ PCRs and can modify according to business requirements
