1. SAP HR training certificate in SAP# ECC6.0 & Hana. Knowledge of success factor is advantages.
2. Working knowledge of Green field / Brown field Implematation project methodology and process milestone.
3. System configuration, Data migration through LSMW, LTMC, BDC & Master data modification.
4. Good knowledge in pay role, time management, salary process, Personnel Administration, Organizational Management.
5. Working with the analysis and decomposition of current business processes, perform the scripting exercises, and design and configure the SAP system to support the organization s 'To-Be' process vision.
6. Preparing functional specifications for Reports, Interfaces, Enhancements, Forms.
