The Experience
In today’s dynamic technology environment, it is an exciting time to be a part of the information technology team at Colgate. Our highly technical and innovative team is dedicated to driving growth for Colgate Palmolive in this ever-changing landscape.
What role will you play as a member of the Colgate’s Information Technology team?
• Strong knowledge of configuring and crafting HR objects in SAP HCM & Successfactors modules
• Provide support to existing SAP HCM and success factors applications.
• Supervise Progress meet SLAs and ensure closure of issues
• Configuration of Master data objects & maintenance for HR Data
• Work on projects assigned, understand the end to end functionality or the process and ensure deliverables are met on time.
• Ensure zero audit findings
• Respond to production issues and research causes of problems. Handle on-call and Monthly maintenance responsibilities.
• Understanding of ABAP and basic level of debugging preferred.
• Knowledge of different technologies like SFDC preferred
• Willing to be a part of organizational task forces.
• Should be able to come up with ideas for continuous improvement.
• Leading small and medium sized projects and working on critical projects as an individual contributor.
• Complete detailed documentation of all the projects worked on.
• SME for one or more areas/applications for HR HCM/Successfactors.
Who are you…
You are a technical professional:
• Engineering graduate, BSc. computer science, BSc IT
• 5+ years of experience as SAP HCM Consultant in any reputed company
• Must have at least three E2E Implementation project experience or at least one E2E Implementation Experience and certification.
• SuccessFactors Certification with hands on working experience is preferred.
• Self-starter and be able to work under deadlines.
• Good communication skills and must be able to work in a team environment
• Ability to plan, document, install and effectively implement setup across heterogeneous environments
• Proven track record with projects and deploying new technology
• Good writing and documentation skills
• Other work requirements: Shift hours on need basis, On-call, and Monthly maintenance
• Strong oral & written communication skills
• Ability to identify, analyze, and resolve problems logically
• Ability to fix and identify root cause
• Should be flexible and adaptable to new technologies
Distinguishing characteristics
• Knowledge of Kronos WFD, CPI or HCI
• Delivering faster solutions and optimizing the cost.
You are a collaborator:
• Ability to independently connect with business to understand the requirement and recommend a suitable solution
• Ability to function as support coordinator balancing resource loads, tracking SLA progress

• Project Teams within GSSO
What you’ll need…(Required)
• Very good Knowledge of SAP HCM and Successfactors
