Roles and Responsibility:
• Provide technical support on SAP HR (knowledge on Employee Central will be a plus)
• As part of SAP HR System mgmt. team, collaborate within and around on the technical track of the project, and prioritize business and information needs
• Responsible for managing day to day processes, and timely deliver the tasks assigned by company's System Management team
• Provide technical expertise in resolving issues, expected to work along with the team and contribute to the operation & maintenance, application support, Incident, problem, Change & release management, and testing.
• ITIL knowledge would be of great advantage, for a good focus on the Incident & problem mgmt. processes.
• Work during CET working hours & Extended CET hours
• Share Industry best practices on implementation of Compensation Global template.
• Ability to collaborate and communicate with external parties, primarily users.
• Excellent communication skills written and orally in English.
• Large degree of flexibility and the ability to work under strong time pressure.
