Job Title: SAP HR Consultant (UK Payroll)
Location: Bangalore, Karnataka, India (South)
Joining Mode: Onsite from Day 1
Interview Mode: Face-to-face at any nearest IBM location
Experience:
• Total Experience: 8 to 10 years
• Relevant SAP HR Experience: 8 to 10 years
Mandatory Skills (Top 5):
• Strong experience in SAP HR UK Payroll
• Expertise in SAP ECC (EHP8 of ERP 6.0, SPS 11) – must-know
• Knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA – nice to have
• Certified SAP HR Consultant preferred
• Strong consulting, analytical, problem-solving, communication, and business process skills
Good to Have:
• Experience in both SAP support and development projects
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage tasks across SAP HR modules including:
• Personnel Administration & Development
• Organizational Management
• Time Management
• UK Payroll (mandatory)
• Employee/Manager Self Service (ESS/MSS) and Fiori HR Applications
• HR Service Pack Upgrade
• Travel Management & Expense handling
• Integrations and tool usage:
• Kallidus (Client Recruitment Tool)
• SABA / Learning on Tap (Client Learning and PDR Process)
• Salesforce Integration for HR
• ServiceNow Integrations
• Flexera Interface
• Lone Worker Solutions
