Job Description
We are looking for experienced SAP SuccessFactors & SAP HCM Consultants to join our team for multiple remote opportunities. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with SuccessFactors Employee Central along with good knowledge of SAP HCM (PA & OM) and experience working on integrations and full lifecycle implementations.
Key Responsibilities
Configure and support SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central including :
• Organizational structure
• Employee personal and job data
• Hire, rehire, transfer, promotion, termination
• Absence management / Employee Self-Service
• Payment information
• Workflows, business rules, and employee profiles
• Reports and analytics
Work on SAP HCM PA & OM :
• Infotypes configuration
• Actions & Event Reasons
• Personnel and organizational structures
• OM objects and employee data management
Gather and analyze business requirements and map them to SuccessFactors design
Prepare configuration workbooks and functional specification documents
Support testing activities – test scenarios, scripts, cases, and data preparation
Support cutover, go-live, and hypercare phases
Identify system limitations, requirement gaps, and propose best-practice solutions
Support and enhance integrations, including Replication BIB and interfaces between SuccessFactors and SAP HCM
Required Skills
• Strong experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting, Onboarding 2.0, and / or Learning
• Good working knowledge of SAP HCM Personnel Administration (PA) and Organizational Management (OM)
• Experience with integration between Recruiting, Onboarding, and Employee Central
• Exposure to Replication via BIB and SAP HCM – SuccessFactors integrations
• Experience in at least one or more full lifecycle implementation projects
• Good to Have
• SuccessFactors certifications in Recruiting and / or Onboarding 2.0
• Experience in HR provisioning and security-related configuration
• Strong documentation and communication skills
