Summary
• The Systems Analyst provides hands-on production support and data extraction for the Supply Chain landscape. This role focuses on the daily maintenance of SAP ECC, requiring a technical troubleshooter who can perform root-cause analysis by tracing transactional flows through the system to resolve issues and ensure data integrity for tabular reporting.
Responsibilities
• Analyze current processes to identify opportunities for automation and improvement.
• Document business and technical requirements from stakeholders to align with organizational goals.
• Collaborate with developers and engineers to design, test, and implement system changes.
• Monitor performance, troubleshoot reliability issues, and maintain documentation for configurations and workflows.
• Lead data extraction, cleansing, mapping, and reconciliation efforts to ensure data integrity.
• Ensure ECC production stability by identifying and resolving bottlenecks in the transactional flow. Act as the primary technical point of contact for troubleshooting system errors down to the table level.
• Execute complex data extractions and provide deep-dive analysis of data fed into tabular flows, ensuring 100% accuracy and integrity.
• Perform 'root cause' analysis on production failures by following data paths across interconnected Supply Chain modules.
Experience
• 5 7 years of hands-on experience in SAP MM configuration and IT systems analysis.
• Proven track record in project cutover, go-live, and hyper-care support.
• Led at least one end-to-end Project as primary functional resource for all Materials Management data requirements, supporting multiple ETL and reporting projects.
• Experience collaborating with BI and ABAP teams to develop functional/technical specifications for reports and enhancements.
• Experience with MM-EWM integration, specifically regarding inbound/outbound deliveries and warehouse process types
Must-Haves (Technical Skills)
• SAP MM Expertise (Advanced configuration of Plants, Storage Locations, Procurement (STO), Inventory Management, and Logistics)
• Proficiency in Mass Loads, Data Extraction, Mapping, and Reconciliation.
• Deep understanding of Material Master views, MRP procedures, Material Planning, and cycle counting.
• Experience with IDOC/EDI mapping (MATMAS, CLFMAS) and managing/troubleshooting Batch jobs.
• Inventory Management: Expertise in valuations, stock movements, and reconciliations.
• Experience implementing MDG approval flows, business validations, and derivations.
• Mastery of SAP ECC tables (e.g., MARA, MARC, MARD, EKKO, EKPO, MSEG) and the ability to link them for data extraction.
• Expert-level understanding of how data moves from procurement to inventory within the ECC environment.

• MDG Advanced Features- UI customization, Business Context Viewer, and Master Data Consolidation.
• Proficiency in preparing user training documentation and conducting live training sessions.
Education
• Bachelor s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field required
