Job Description
• Support the global implementation of SAP SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Learning, Compensation and Payroll together with a Partner
• Close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders both in business and IT
• Responsibility for the SAP SuccessFactors Services, Operations, and enhancements/changes
• Incident management, change management, service request management and project management in multiple SAP SuccessFactors modules
• Setup, support, configuration, and further development of SAP SuccessFactors
• Administer and monitor the HR-IT Services in SAP SuccessFactors
• Advise the different functions on best practices of using SAP SuccessFactors
• Collaborate with HR, IT, and external consultants in the conception of new and innovative solutions using SAP SuccessFactors
• Manage integrations to other systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, Tableau, Power BI , Azure Active Directory etc.
• Supporting the application's lifecycle with upgrades and migrations
• Building reports based on the Human Resources department’s requirements
• Take end-to-end accountability in a complex environment
Qualifications
• Completed university degree and several years of substantial professional experience
• Experience of at least two end-to-end implementations of one SAP SuccessFactors module: full implementation cycle and support experience
• SAP SuccessFactors certification(s) would be an advantage
• Experience in working for international vendors or system integrators or within the IT department of multinational companies
• Experience in the HR-IT environment and ideally have a good understanding of HR processes
• Project experience in the HR-IT area and experience in the design of HR-IT solutions
• Practical experience in design, configuration, and further development of SAP SuccessFactors
• Project Management experience with global and complex projects would an advantage
• In-depth analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to communicate complex facts and scenarios in easy-to-understand terms
• Skill to “translate” IT and process language to business language
• Team player with intercultural sensitivity
