Your Role and Responsibilities
This position is remote, allowing you to contribute from anywhere in the US.
As a SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting & Onboarding Expert, you will spearhead the design and implementation of talent acquisition solutions for our diverse client base. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather in-depth requirements, translate business needs into effective system configurations, and lead project teams to successful project completions. Your role will require excellent client engagement skills and the ability to develop junior consultants while ensuring adherence to best practices throughout the implementation process.
• Lead comprehensive implementations of Recruiting and Onboarding modules, guiding projects from initial discovery through to solution design, configuration, testing, and successful go-live.
• Facilitate engaging client workshops and requirements gathering sessions, converting business processes into impactful SuccessFactors solutions.
• Provide functional leadership and mentorship to junior consultants, guaranteeing quality delivery aligned with implementation best practices.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
• Extensive Subject Matter Expertise in Recruiting and Onboarding within SAP SuccessFactors with substantial hands-on configuration experience.
• Demonstrated success in delivering multiple end-to-end implementations of Recruiting and Onboarding solutions.
• Strong leadership skills to manage client discussions, run discovery workshops, and accurately translate business requirements into functional system designs.
• In-depth understanding of Recruiting Management and processes, including candidate lifecycle management and requisition processes, as well as integrations with onboarding.
• Proven ability to guide and mentor junior consultants throughout implementation projects.
Preferred Technical and Professional Experience
• Experience with Recruiting Marketing (RMK) within the SAP SuccessFactors suite.
• Familiarity with integrations to Core HR systems, such as Employee Central.
• Experience in optimizing, enhancing, or supporting global rollouts after initial implementation.
