Job Description:
• End-to-end delivery leadership across SAP S/4HANA, MES, PLM, WMS/EWM, TMS, data, infrastructure, and security
• Build & maintain integrated master plan (scope, schedule, dependencies, resources, RAID)
• Lead cross-functional delivery (IT, engineering, manufacturing, logistics, quality, finance)
• Coordinate global sites, manage time zones, ensure readiness (people/process/data/tech)
• Architecture convergence across SAP + MES + PLM + plant systems
• Integration contracts, NFRs, throughput, performance engineering, external partner interfaces
• Data migration (waves, reconciliation, cutover checkpoints)
• Testing orchestration — SIT / E2E / Performance / Regression / UAT / ORT
• Cutover, hyper care, stabilization management
• Agile + SAFe + DevOps inside ERP context (delivery tooling, automation)
• Venor/SI management, SLAs, scorecards, corrective actions
• Manufacturing depth: plant startup, capacity ramp, multi-plant harmonization
• Required: 12+ years TPM, 8+ years ERP in manufacturing
• Preferred: ERP Activate/PMI/SAFe; cloud, security, identity, regulated environments
