Job Description
Serve as an ongoing point of contact for students, helping them collect required information and complete any necessary documents throughout the loan process
• Dealing with customer issues regarding our services and analyzing their feedback.
• To Help them understand the specifications of company's products and services in detail.
• Assist and coordinate with parties involved in the loan application process, including partner banks.
• Gather information for new loan underwriting, including tax filings & to ensure loan documentation complies with the bank requirements.
• Maintaining and analyzing records to improve productivity.
• Have working knowledge of accounting prospects such as Tally, MS office Preferably with quantitative abilities
