Urgent Job Opening for Accounts Executive (Finalisation) for Indore location for Medical Equipment's Manufacturing firm, need indore based candidates only

Exp: -3-4yrs as Accounts Executive

Qualification : - Graduate, Bcom

Note : - need immediate joiners if selected, should be available for f2f round , Should know accounting till Finalisation (Mandate), GST calculation ,filing

Accounts Executive Job Responsibilities:
 Maintain all records like Vouchers, Receipts Bills, and Payments.
 Bank Reconciliation, Payment Collection.
 Monthly GST Working.
 Reconciliation of Sundry Debtors & Creditors
 Payment follows up by telephonic & mailing
 Handling petty Cash Records.
 Send Quotation and Purchase Order by Busy software as per order.
 Maintain Sales Purchase Registers & Keep in Software properly
 Banking works like a Cheques issue for clearing Cash Deposit, NEFT, and RTGS
 Knowledge about GST.
 Handling to Day-to-Day Accounting
 Prepare Salary Statement, PF Account, Worker Salary, Daily wages for Worker
 Finalization of Accounts, Statement of Accounts, Debtors Controls Accounts, Buffer Accounts, Balance
sheet Statement, Consumption Charts, Trails Balance, work, Scrutiny of Desperation, Fixed Assets.
 Tally ERP +.

Accounts Executive Skills and Qualifications
 Bachelor’s Degree / High school diploma.
 2 years’ experience or similar.
 Excellent typing abilities.
 Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
 Proficiency in data capturing and office management software such as MS Office and Tally ERP +.
 The ability to manage and process high volumes of data accurately.
 Good understanding of databases and digital and paper filing systems.
 Knowledge of administrative and clerical operations.
 Keen eye for detail and the ability to concentrate for extended periods.
 Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
